Cast A Concrete Tea Light Candle Holder
Cast a tea light candle holder with concrete. Using original plaster sculptures for models to make the latex molds, reproductions of the original sculpture can be casted using concrete poured into the latex molds. This video shows the process of casting the concrete casts from the latex molds to make the tea light candle holders.
A video showing how to sculpt the original model will be up shortly. This will show how to make a tea light candle holder sculpt ready to be molded using liquid latex.

Make A Latex Mold
Make a basic latex glove mold. Using a small model/sculpture as the piece to be molded, this video shows the stages of how to make a simple latex mold, plus a two piece mother mold made from plaster bandages.
This method of latex molding is relatively easy to execute and simply apply layers of latex, allowing each layer to dry between coats. In this video example, 25 layers of liquid latex are used to achieve a suitable mold for casting with materials such as concrete and plaster of Paris.
